Q: What Information Is Collected:

As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:

Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information

Q: Vehicle Compatibility / Fitment

All products are tested and guaranteed to fit for the advertised vehicle described on this page. A brief installation manual or diagram is usually included but hiring professionals for installation is always recommended. Please give us a call at 718-565-1960 if you need assistance. We have installation pictures or videos for most of our products that can be emailed to you upon request.

Please check with us for vehicle compatibilities. If you are not sure if an item should fit your vehicle, feel free to contact us for recommendations. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees if the wrong item is purchased.

Q: Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days upon items received. All returned items must be new and in original package. A 25% restocking fee is subtracted from the refund if the returned item has damages of any kind, or missing any hardware. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds are processed through the original form of payment. Once a return request has initiated, it may take us up to 5 business days to process a resolution.

Q: Damaged Items

All Vanguard products made and packaged by the manufacturer. Please notify us immediately if you received a damaged item. All items are insured and the carrier must be notified by us upon receipt if damaged. If an incorrect item is received, please kindly send us a photograph of the item and we will process the exchange/return.
