As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:

Q: Vehicle Compatibility / Fitment
All products are tested and guaranteed to fit for the advertised vehicle described on this page. A brief installation manual or diagram is usually included but hiring professionals for installation is always recommended. Please give us a call at 718-565-1960 if you need assistance. We have installation pictures or videos for most of our products that can be emailed to you upon request.
Please check with us for vehicle compatibilities. If you are not sure if an item should fit your vehicle, feel free to contact us for recommendations. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees if the wrong item is purchased.
Q: Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, our team is here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
- 30-Day Returns: You can return items within 30 days of receiving them.
- Condition of Items: Returned products should be new and in their original packaging.
- Restocking Fee: If our Returns Department finds the item damaged or missing hardware, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
- Return Shipping Options:
- If you request a return label from us, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- If you ship the product back yourself, you’ll receive the full eligible refund (minus any restocking fee, if applicable).
- Refunds: All refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
- Processing Time: Once you start a return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to review and process it.
