At Vanguard OffRoad, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Each purchase is backed by a limited warranty, protecting you against defects in materials, workmanship, and finish under normal use. Please review the coverage details below by product category.

Black Powder Coat Warranty

Vanguard OffRoad guarantees the original purchaser a Limited 2-Year Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, and finish under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by road hazards, debris, misuse, improper installation, accidents, neglect, shipping, or product modification.

This coverage applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of Vanguard OffRoad products. Warranty does not cover the cost of removal, installation, labor, freight, inconvenience, or consequential damages. Proof of purchase is required, and defective merchandise must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Stainless Steel Warranty

Vanguard OffRoad guarantees the original purchaser a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials, workmanship, and finish under normal use. Exclusions include damage from road hazards, debris, misuse, improper installation, accidents, neglect, shipping, or product modification.

This warranty applies only to new products and is limited to the repair or replacement of Vanguard OffRoad stainless steel products.

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Locate your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. Take clear photos of the issue showing the product defect.

4. Our team will review your claim and may provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions.
5. Depending on the evaluation, Vanguard OffRoad may repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Important: Warranty coverage applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims. If a specific product has been discontinued, Vanguard OffRoad may, at its discretion, replace it with a current product of comparable function and value.
