Shipping Info

Order Status / Tracking

-- FREE Shipping within the continental 48 states only. We do NOT ship to APO, FPO, P.O. Box. For customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada, please send us a message with the complete address for shipping quotes. You may also contact us at (718) 565-1960. International customers are responsible for the customs duty, taxes, and fees.


-- Items are shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS. Choice is made by our shipping department. Most packages are shipped within 1 business day after payment is received. We do not offer express/overnight services.


-- Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment via email.


-- We ship only to PayPal confirmed addresses. Signature is required for all deliveries, no exception.

Return and Exchange

What if I don't like it? / Received Damaged?

- Please notify us immediately if you received a damaged item. All items are insured and the carrier must be notified by us upon receipt if damaged. If an incorrect item is received, please kindly send us a photograph of the item and we will process the exchange/return.


-- All Vanguard products made and packaged by the manufacturer. All products are tested and guaranteed to fit for the advertised vehicle described on this page. A brief installation manual or diagram are usually included but hiring professionals for installation is always recommended. Please give us a call @ 718-565-1960 or send us an message if you need assistance. We have installation pictures or videos for most of our products that can be emailed upon request.


-- Returns are accepted within 14 days upon items received. All returned items must be new and in original package. A 25% restocking fee is subtracted from the refund if the returned item has damages of any kind, or missing any hardware. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds are processed through original form of payment.


-- Please check with us for vehicle compatibilities. If you are not sure if an item should fit your vehicle, feel free to contact us for recommendations. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees if the the wrong item is purchased.
